Social Engine BackEnd Configuration for Mobile Application

There are some config on the site, which will help Admin to manage some features on Mobile Apps. Such as: Manage Menu, Add Menu Group, Change Styles, etc. In order to access this configuration page, you can go to ACP -> Plugins-> YouNet Mobile.

 

BackEnd - Mobile App - Access Path

There are Five Manage Pages for your management:

- Manage Menus: Freely to adjust Menu order position and Create New Group of Menu for the Mobile Apps

- Global Settings: Config some General Settings for your Mobile Apps

- Manage Notifications: Set-up which Action Types will send the notification to the Mobile App’s Users

- Subscription Products: Manage the Subscription Name for each of you Mobile App Version (Android/iPhone/iPad)

- Manage Theme: Creating a New Style with your own brand site’s color and Choosing your Mobile Style Color

1. Manage Menus

Freely to Drag & Drop you menus order to make your own menu. Create your own Group of Menus, Modify the Mobile App’s Menu  follow your own menu categories. You can even change your menu title by clicking on the edit button next to the menu items.

2. Global Settings

In the Global Settings Page, there are lot of extra information for you to input and choose:

- Google API Key: Input your own Google API key for Google Map integration

- Allow Chat?: You can choose the Default Chat Module, which will use for your Mobile App. Our Mobile App also support Comet Chat, you can go to this place to switch between YouNet Chat, Comet Chat and Default Chat  (if your site already installed both of them). Or you can stop using chat by choosing “No Chat” option

- iPhone – Apple password phase: A password to access to your “Pem” file, which is created a long with the file

- iPhone – Apple cert file path: A path direct to your Apple Certificate File for your Iphone App on your server, we always put it in the “mfox” folder, which you can find it in the “module” folder. For example: ” …/public_html/application/modules/Ynmobile/push_cert.pem ”

- iPad – Apple password phase: A password to access to your Ipad’s “Pem” file, which is created a long with the file.

 

- iPad – Apple cert file path: A path direct to your Apple Certificate File for your Ipad App on your server, we always put it in the “mfox” folder, which you can find it in the “module” folder. For example: ” …/public_html/application/modules/Ynmobile/push_cert_ipad.pem ”

 

NOTE: We recommend that you should not touch these Certificate files or change the files location, because once it damage or lose, it will causing unwanted problems for you IOS apps.

3. Manage Notifications:

You can Select your own Notification Set  to send the notification to the Mobile App’s Users, which will help you to lead user attraction to the most special plugin by allow more Action Type of that plugin to push notification.

4. Subscription Products:

Name your own’s Subscription Name for each of you Mobile App Version (Android/iPhone/iPad) to link the subscription plan to In App purchase feature of  Apple store.

5. Manage Theme

Create your Own Style color with 6 digit hex Color Code, you can create any color, which will suit with your own’s brand color and Choosing it for your Mobile Color Style

Extra Information – Edit/Translate Language in Mobile App:

To access the language phrases editor in the Mobile App, you can go to ACP -> Layout -> Languages Manager

In the Language Manager Page, you can choose the Language Package, which you want to Edit/Translate Phrase, and then click on the “Edit Phrase” Button

In the Language Editor Page, You can find the phrases, which you want to change/translate, by input it in the Search Box. There are several option for your to search: “All/Missing/Translated” – After you click on the Search button,you will see the result on the Result Box below the Search option field. If the phrase, which you looking for, are not in the result list, you can Add it by Click on the Add New Phrase Button locate at Top-Right Corner of the Result Box.

Once you click on the “Save Changes” Button locate at Bottom of the page. All of the phrase will be changed.
